Vis to host International 6's tournament

Sir William Hoste Cricket Club on the island of Vis will play host to an inagural international six-a-side cricket tournament from 4-6 May.

The Vis International Sixes (VIS) will see teams from Essex and Cambridge in the UK join teams from Split, Zagreb and Vis in the five over a side tournament.

A host of the renowned Vis hospitality will supplement 18 games of cricket over the three days.

All sides are currently in training for the tournament which is in its first year. The aim is for the VIS to grow into a pre-season tradition.
